Why aren't we hearing about this everywhere? This is unbelievable. I still remember Watergate even though I was too young to understand what it was. I just remember it was all over the TV. We heard about it for years. This seems much worse. Why aren't we hearing about this? There's documents, tapes and witnesses to prove what happened and it's nowhere. Wake up people!! Something's VERY WRONG here!

The reason conservatives can't get the same media attention as progressives is that we won't lie, cheat, or name call to make our point. We tend to be truthful and law abiding. We do need to find a way to message better though. Oh well the media would just ignore us anyway.

We will NEVER Forget!
How can we ever forget what happened to our country on 09/11/2001? It is part of us. It became part of American lives the minute radical ISLAMIC terrorists attacked our country. Nearly 3000 Americans died from the largest terror attack on American soil in history. I remember trying to tell my kids how the country was changing in a way I could never explain. They would never know what it was like before this day.
Now our President wants us to pretend we don't know who did this to us. Well guess what Mr. President, we do know and we'll NEVER FORGET!
Another Insult: NYC First Responders Not Invited to 9/11 Ceremony at Ground Zero?!
Another article I found about the outrage over not letting the first responders attend the 9/11 Ceremony at Ground Zero.
The first responders were the ones who ran into danger to save civilians and the ones who survived would do it again. They deserve to be there more than the mayor, president and any others just there for political reasons. It should be the families, first responders and the clergy. Some of the families didn't receive there invitations with credentials to get admitted to the ceremony in a timely fashion and the first responders and clergy have been told to stay away. Both for the most absurd reasons I've ever heard. When will Americans wake up and see that we're even being told how to mourn our tragedies and move on. WAKE UP AMERICA!

They just don't get it do they? You could tax the rich 100% and it would barely cover the country for one year. They will never get it. I get how on the surface it looks like it could work, but take a longer look at the countries that already do this. Pretty soon there's no more rich people to tax and where are the jobs that the rich people and rich companies provided? This is a recipe for disaster. Anyone who truly looks logically at this can see the truth. We can't live of the wealth created by others. We came to America in the first place to be able to make it on our own. People who think it would be easier on their own lives to tax the rich more are delusional. We all pay.

Excluding first responders is bad enough, but to exclude some families is inexcusable. Maybe they think they'll say something bad (TELL THE TRUTH) about the murderous freaks that flew planes into buildings because of their religious beliefs. Maybe because there are so many families who lost someone they love, Mayor Bloomberg is afraid people will realize how horrible what these evil terrorists did will make it impossible to turn the event into some politically correct "teaching moment" about how we need to love all Muslims.
Well, we don't love the freaks who were given orders to kill nearly 3000 innocent people on American soil by another freak who spent ten years hiding from the justice he deserved.
The families know who's responsible for the deaths of their loved ones and deserve to be at the official 10 year ceremony.
I guess just their existence doesn't tell the story that Bloomberg and Obama want to tell. The families tell the story of what radical Islam can do. Just by being there they remind the country of what radical Islam still wants to do to America.

I remember Watergate and Nixon's resignation because of it. I'm pretty sure no one died because of what he did. It seems to me this administration has a lot of explaining to do. The fact that emails show this reached the highest levels of the administration seem to indicate REAL investigation needs to be done. Even if the only deaths that happened were within the Mexican drug cartels, that would be to many to be caused by guns we knew were sent in by the ATF. But the fact two American law enforcement officials were killed because of this brings this case to a whole new level. This is worse than Watergate ever was.
I was young when Watergate happened, but the one thing I remember was the amount of media coverage surrounding this before Nixon resigned. Where's the media now. I guess the Obama administration can do whatever it wants as long as the sycophantic media decides to stick to their ideological beliefs and the perfection of their Messiah, Obama. In their eyes he can do no wrong. Anything he does is okay with them I guess.

Of presidents and kings « Hot Air
His ego is so big I'm sure king or dictator is his ultimate goal. He's so sure he knows better than the American people what's best for them and he's just plain wrong. He doesn't know what's best for me or my family and he has no right to think he does.

Tolerance
I am truly perplexed that so many of my friends are against another mosque being built in Sydney.
I think it should be the goal of every Australian to be tolerant.
Thus the Mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.
That is why I also propose that two nightclubs be opened next door to the mosque, thereby promoting tolerance from within the mosque.
We could call one of the clubs, which would be gay, "The Turban Cowboy ", and the other a topless bar called "You Mecca Me Hot."

Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork, and adjacent to that an open-pit barbeque pork restaurant, called "Iraq o' Ribs."
Across the street there could be a lingerie store called "Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret ", with sexy mannequins in the window modeling the goods.
Next door to the lingerie shop there would be room for an adult sex toy shop, "Koranal Knowledge ", its name in flashing neon lights, and on the other side a liquor store called "Morehammered."
All of this would encourage the Muslims to demonstrate the tolerance they demand of us, so the mosque problem would be solved.
